Types of US Student Visa

There are 3 types of visas available for applicants who want postgraduate, master or vocational education. These Visas are essentially subdivided into different classes depending on the type of Visa Application formed.

They are for full-time students who go on the F-1 visa and the F-2 is reserved for their dependents. Also, the F-3 Visa is independent of the Mexican and Canadian students who are remaining in those countries while attending school in the US.

F-VISA

Category M includes the M-1 visa for those who do a non-academic course, as well as M-2 and M-3 create a relationship with the person who owns an M-1 visa and the one who enters the United States to attend vocational or the usual course.

M-VISA

J Visas are issued for students studying medical, business, or any other specialization programs in the US but joining the VISA exchange program in the USA. J-1 Visa is for exchange students and J-2 Visa is for dependents of J-1 Visa arrivals.

J-VISA
