Change 1
Introduction:
My life has seen many changes, but one of those adjustments has had a significant impact on me.
What was the change and when did it occur?
The adjustment was to start reading books instead of watching TV. A few years ago, I made a commitment to myself to give up watching TV and start reading books.
How did it happen?
I wasn’t getting results at the time despite my drive, attention, and dedication. To get out of the problem, I phoned Abraham, who usually gives me straight advice. He advised me to change my bad habits if I wanted to succeed. He was aware of the 7–8 hours a day I spent watching TV. He advised me to give up watching television in favour of reading books or novels. And I did as she said. I first struggled to get into reading, but with time I developed a love of literature.Â
Why this was a positive change?
It was a good change since it caused a paradigm shift in my life. I started reading books to learn things during the time I was watching bad television. I was able to manage conflicts with ease after two months.
Conclusion
This adaption has inspired me to direct my life in a remarkable direction. It has made me more productive and efficient in everything I do. And I am grateful to the awesome authors who made it a lot easier for me to achieve this change.Â
Change 2
Introduction
Everybody goes through change sometimes. While some of these changes may not be recognized, others could significantly enhance our quality of life.
What was the change, and when did it occur?
My body saw drastic modifications after losing 15 kg in only four months. The globe was in chaos at the beginning of 2020 due to the COVID-19 epidemic. I had to stay at home because of the lockdown at that time. I moved from being a busy person to being free all of a sudden. To improve my personality at the moment, I made the decision to lose weight.
How did that change take place?
I looked for ways to reduce the extra body fat on the internet. Since exercise only accounts for 20% of weight reduction, I came to the conclusion that I needed to focus on my diet in order to lose weight. We may easily lose weight by managing our diet. I used intermittent fasting to achieve my goal by eating all of my meals between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. As a result, I kept a fifteen-hour fast every day. For me, this adjusted strategy worked like a charm, and I got the desired outcome in four months.
Why was it a positive change?
Since my demeanour had improved after reducing weight, I saw it as a good experience. It made me feel good about myself.Â
Conclusion
After that, a lot of people, even those who had been making fun of me for my appearance, began complimenting me. It helped a lot in boosting my self-confidence and motivated me to keep going.
Change 3
Introduction
Positive thinking is essential in our contemporary day to guide our lives toward fulfilling development.
When did it happen?
I underwent a transformation in the past that improved my life. I had planned to ponder about the past and future earlier and come up with fresh ideas. I felt stressed, anxious, and worried as a result. I discovered a mindfulness concept. It advises focusing on improving the present rather than dwelling on the past or the future. It occurred a year ago.
How did it happen?
It struck me when I was watching a YouTube video of renowned motivational speaker Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari. I was able to understand what was wrong with my ideas after listening to him. I previously believed that while making choices, we should constantly consider the future. I used to dwell too much on the past. As a result, I didn’t pay much attention to the here and now. I must now work diligently, resolutely, and decisively on the present.
Why was it a positive change?
It was a beneficial change since it altered my way of thinking and doing. I spent a lot of time reflecting on the prior errors I had made. You need to be able to forgive and forget in order to have a successful life. It has also taught me not to place too much stock in the future since it is never definite. What life will be like in five years is unknown to us. What kind of technologies might exist? Or what chance would we stand to have? Therefore, improving our existing life should always be our top priority.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I’ve learned from the mindfulness concept that the past is gone and never will be. And we can never predict what will come next. Focusing on what we have at the moment, which is what is present, is thus the wisest course of action.

How did it happen?
Poor academic achievement was a result of this. My tutor just recommended I continue being on time for both my schoolwork and extracurricular activities. I took his advice to heart, quit all of my bad habits, and started studying. My health and academic performance grew as I continued to lead an active lifestyle, and I earned favorable test results.
How was it a positive change?
This change was excellent since it helped me better comprehend my prospects for the future. It also helped me to gain self-confidence work diligently and focus better.Â
