APAAR stands for Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry, and is a unique ID for Indian students, aiming to enhance their educational efficiency and more.
APAAR ID has been specifically designed to streamline and finetune academic tracking. It also aims to improve student mobility, across all educational levels within the Indian Education System.
One of the key advantages that APAAR ID aims to offer, is seamless academic offering. This would also include reduced physical documentation, as well as enhanced access to government benefits.
Open the DigiLocker account, and search “Education”. Then click on the “Academic Bank of Credits” service. Here, select the “Create APAAR/ABC ID.” Choose University and select “Generate APAAR/ABC ID. Your ID will be set.
